Guardianship Organisations
Guardianship Organisations must first apply to be placed on the Applicant List. The form for this is also available as a PDF from our downloads page. Once the completed form and fee is sent into the office they will be sent the Handbook for Accreditation which outlines the necessary paperwork and information required for the inspection.
